Intraframe is led by husband and wife, Jacob and Danielle Waltz.
Jacob Waltz, our CEO, is a cybersecurity executive with nearly two decades of experience in defensive security engineering, solutions architecture, and incident response. His leadership philosophy emphasizes disciplined risk management, technical depth, and alignment between business operations and security strategy.
Danielle Waltz, our CAO, is an Ole Miss alumni and leads every critical non-technical function that supports our company's success: finance, HR, client relations, and project coordination. The core of her role is to ensure our internal operations are as streamlined and resilient as the cybersecurity services we deliver to our clients.
In addition to our executive leadership, our team includes Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Help-Desk Support techs, Full Stack developers, structured cabling technicians, and a 24/7 Security Operations Center. We have what it takes to manage your entire IT operations.
Our mission is to deliver advanced cybersecurity solutions with the precision and discretion expected of a personal concierge. Our philosophy is simple: Exceptional protection is adaptive, proactive, and seamlessly managed. We aim to reduce risk, simplify complexity, and provide clarity in a threat landscape that is constantly evolving.
Our home base is in Collierville, just outside of Memphis, TN, and we maintain a secure data center in South Memphis.
At Intraframe US, we believe time is the most precious currency. To maximize efficiency for our clients and our team, we choose not to maintain a traditional "brick-and-mortar" storefront. Instead, our team enjoys 100% remote flexibility, eliminating daily commutes and allowing our experts to focus entirely on your security. Whether working from home or traveling directly to client sites for hands-on, in-person support, we are always exactly where we need to be to keep your business running.
We primarily serve businesses and HNWI throughout the Memphis metro area and the greater Mid-South, including Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Our client base stretches as far south as Florida and as far north as North Carolina.
Flexibility is core to who we are: delivering scalable, tailored support wherever our clients need it.
Our active business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Central Time).
Outside of standard hours, requests are addressed as they are received.
Our Security Operations Center (SOC) remains active 24/7/365. While we recognize major holidays to give our team time with their families, our security monitoring never stops. Cyber criminals don't take a holiday and neither does your protection.
Cybersecurity is not an add-on service for us — it is the foundation of everything we do. Many IT providers entered the cybersecurity space only after it became a market trend, often layering security tools onto traditional IT support models. We are a cybersecurity company, first and foremost. We opened our doors officially in 2019, before cybersecurity became the new cool hip thing.
Just as you wouldn't trust a general practitioner to perform brain surgery, businesses should be cautious about trusting critical security responsibilities to providers without dedicated cybersecurity expertise.
Effective cybersecurity requires specialized expertise, years of experience, and a deep understanding of how systems, networks, applications, and users interact. If you don't fully understand how systems communicate and depend on one another, you cannot properly secure them. It also requires staying continuously up to date on evolving threats, attack methods, and adversary TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures).
Cybersecurity isn't something that can be mastered through a weekend certification course or a software subscription. Our team includes dedicated cybersecurity professionals with real-world experience protecting business environments. Our leadership holds industry-recognized credentials, including the CISSP certification which is widely considered one of the most respected and rigorous certifications in the cybersecurity industry.
Our approach combines proactive IT management with security-first architecture, monitoring, and risk reduction strategies designed to protect businesses in today’s ever-evolving threat landscape.
Because we are a cybersecurity-first provider, our top priority is protecting our partners. We don't use our clients as marketing bait.
Many IT companies in Tennessee (and all over the US for that matter) publicly list their clients' names, logos, and case studies to show off their portfolio. In the security world, we view that as a massive liability. Publicly broadcasting exactly who handles a company’s network security puts a giant target on their back. This gives threat actors a roadmap of who to target and what defenses they might be using.
To maintain the highest level of operational security, we only list the industry and region of our clients. We happily sacrifice a flashy logo wall on our website to ensure our clients get the total peace of mind and strict confidentiality they pay us for.
For the exact same reason we don't publish our clients' names: strict operational security (OpSec).
It is common for IT vendors to list the specific brands of SIEM, EDR, or SOC software they deploy (such as Huntress, SentinelOne, or Cisco). While they do this for marketing, they are inadvertently handing cybercriminals a blueprint of their defenses. If a hacker knows exactly what security tools a business is using, they know exactly which exploits to test to try and bypass them. Furthermore, if a specific security software suffers a zero-day vulnerability, threat actors will actively scrape IT provider websites to identify who uses that tool.
At Intraframe US, we keep our advanced security stack confidential. We focus on the outcome: impenetrable, 24/7 defense. We don't give threat actors a map of our fortress.
